All Nursing Health Services Inc is a family-owned home care and nursing agency that has served seniors across Greater Vancouver since 2005, offering everything from companionship to full skilled nursing care, all under RN supervision.
Yes. A Registered Nurse visits your loved one at home to assess their needs and discuss options, at no cost and with no obligation to book care afterward.
An RN visits your loved one's home, discusses their health, routines and preferences, and identifies which services would be most helpful. There's no pressure to commit — the goal is simply to understand what would actually help.
In many cases we can arrange an assessment and begin care within a day of your first call, and sooner in urgent situations — call us any time, day or night.
No referral is required to begin most home care and personal care services. Certain clinical services, like IV therapy, are administered under physician direction, which our team can help coordinate.

Caregivers & Quality
Who provides the care.
Caregivers are bonded, insured and screened before being matched to a client based on personality, routines and specific care needs, with backup coverage always available.
We prioritize matching each client with a consistent, familiar caregiver wherever possible, with trained backup staff available if that caregiver is ever unavailable.
Yes. Every plan begins with a free RN assessment and stays under nursing oversight, whether the plan involves companionship, personal care, or clinical skilled nursing.
We want every match to feel right. If a caregiver isn't the right fit, let our care team know and we'll work to find someone better suited to your loved one's needs.
Billing & Scheduling
How the details work.
Billing is transparent and itemized from day one, with rates depending on the type and hours of care provided. Our care team can walk through pricing during your free assessment.
Hourly visits are generally scheduled with a minimum of two hours per visit, so caregivers have enough time to provide meaningful support.
Yes — plans are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and hours or services can be scaled up or down, from a few hours a week to full live-in or 24/7 support.
We do our best to accommodate urgent requests, and being available 24/7 means our care team can often respond quickly when a family needs help right away.
